Restricted Items (What We Cannot Move)

For the safety of our team and to comply with moving industry regulations, Star Movers and Storage does not transport the following items during your move:

🚫 Prohibited Items List:

• Live animals or pets
• Plants or soil-filled planters
• Perishable food items (frozen, refrigerated, or fresh)
• Hazardous materials (gasoline, paint, propane tanks, motor oil, etc.)
• Bleach, ammonia, cleaning liquids, and washing detergents
• Explosives or ammunition
• Firearms (unless previously arranged with proper documentation)
• Valuable personal documents (passports, birth certificates, legal papers, etc.)
• Cash, jewelry, and other irreplaceable items
• Open alcohol containers
• Items infested with bugs, mold, or biohazards
