How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during weekends or peak moving seasons. Same-day service may be available depending on your location and crew availability.
Do you offer same-day moves?
Yes, in many cases we can accommodate same-day or next-day moves if scheduled early in the day. Availability depends on crew and truck availability in your area.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Cincinnati and proudly serve all of Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and surrounding areas. We also handle long-distance moves across the U.S.
Do I need to be present on moving day?
It’s preferred, but not required. If you can’t be there, just coordinate ahead of time with instructions for access. We'll handle the rest professionally.
What items won’t you move?
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, paint), live animals, firearms, perishable foods, or cash/jewelry. A full list is provided in our Restricted Items Policy
How do I pay for my move?
Payment is made in person after your move is completed. We accept Cash, Zelle, Vemo, Paypal and Cash App. We do not accept checks or card payments unless pre-approved.
